Ashtanga Yoga Beginners Course – Two Convenient Times

Whether you’re a morning person or prefer practicing later in the day, our Ashtanga Yoga Beginners Course offers flexibility to fit your schedule. Both courses guide you through the Mysore method, focusing on the foundational elements of the practice, including the Tristana method—the integration of breath (Ujjayi), posture (Asana), and gaze (Drishti)—alongside the practice of bandhas (energy locks). Together, these principles cultivate focus, stability, and energetic control in your practice.

In this course, you’ll build a solid foundation by learning and memorizing sun salutations and the standing postures. This steady and mindful approach will help you gain strength, flexibility, and focus while fostering a sense of calm and clarity.

The course runs for two months, with the option to practice three times a week. You can choose which days to attend, providing flexibility within the available schedule.

Morning Beginners Course:

  • Start Date: First Monday of each month
  • Duration: 2 months, 3 classes per week (choose any 3 days)
  • Class Days: Monday to Thursday
  • Time: Arrive between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
  • Instructor: Nick & Katia
  • Price: €100

Afternoon/Evening Beginners Course: (From the 1st of November)

  • Start Date: First Monday of each month
  • Duration: 2 months, 3 classes per week (choose any 3 days)
  • Class Days: Monday to Friday
  • Time: Arrive between 5.30 PM and 6:00 PM
  • Instructor: Camiel
  • Price: €100

Important Notes:

  • You can only choose one course—either morning or afternoon/evening. Switching between them is not permitted.
  • Both courses follow the same structure, with different instructors and timings.
  • No classes are held on moondays.
  • Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket.
