Our Ashtanga Yoga Beginners Course guides you through the Mysore method, focusing on the foundational elements of the practice, including the Tristana method—the integration of breath (Ujjayi), posture (Asana), and gaze (Drishti)—alongside the practice of bandhas (energy locks). Together, these principles cultivate focus, stability, and energetic control in your practice.
In this course, you’ll build a solid foundation by learning and memorizing sun salutations and the standing postures. This steady and mindful approach will help you gain strength, flexibility, and focus while fostering a sense of calm and clarity.
The course runs for two months, with the option to practice three times a week. You can choose which days to attend, providing flexibility within the available schedule.
- Start Date: First Monday of each month
- Duration: 2 months, 3 classes per week
- Class Days: Monday to Thursday (choose any 3 days)
- Time: Start between 7.30 and 9.00am (finish before 10.00am)
